I'm a solo developer documenting my honest journey to make money online without freelancing, without a full-time job, and without pretending I've “made it” yet.

This blog is where I share everything I'm trying: from launching tiny SaaS projects, to writing digital products, to failing publicly and learning as I go.

I call it solo dev mode; low budget, low noise, full focus.

🧭 What I'm Doing (and Not Doing)

What I'm doing:

  • Building small, shippable projects
  • Writing online to attract the right audience
  • Learning how to make that first $10, then $100
  • Sharing the process publicly

What I'm not doing:

  • Taking freelance gigs
  • Applying for jobs
  • Waiting until I'm successful to talk about it

💡 Why I'm Writing This Blog

  1. To think in public
    Writing helps me clarify my ideas and sometimes attract people smarter than me.
  2. To help other devs trying the same thing
    If you are also done with client work and want to make something of your own, you are in the right place.
  3. To build an audience, slowly and honestly
    No clickbait, no guru stuff, just real-time lessons from someone still in the middle of figuring it out.

🧪 IndieFails: A Public Database of Failed Projects

One of my current projects is IndieFails; a public place where indie hackers share what didn't work, and why. It's built to learn from what flopped, not just celebrate what worked.

You can also submit your failed project if you have one. No fears, no shame.
